I have repeatedly tried to contact Ferd Tax Service for asistance, but no answer. I filed my taxes with them about 3 months ago and still no refund and no response, it;s like a GHOST TOWN! I called the IRS they have no record of our filings and I can't seem to reach anyone at Ferd Tax Service. Called to asked questions and when the phone picked up no one said anything... I said Hello... Hello and a bit later a woman said - Hello. I asked if I was calling a business since a simple Hello is not usually the greeting received. The woman said, "yes this is a business." I asked her name - Barbara. At that time I said that I would like to speak with someone knowledeable about filing taxes, she replied OK. No, "I'd be happy to help you with that".
