Horrible experience. We have moved with this company before, however, the most recent experience was quite worrying. Movers broke our bed in multiple places and did not secure any screws holing pieces together. They simply pushed them into place and left it as that. I have called and texted multiple times with no answer and now feel as though Pinks is NOT a reputable company. We essentially paid $2000 for a broken bed that was about 6 months old and cost us $800.
