I put a down payment down for a house to be built, 18 months later he still hadn't started yet, he half jokingly asked if I wanted my money back and I said yes, then he said i needed to buy the windows that he ordered. After some investigating I found out he hadn't ordered the windows until after he said he'd return my deposit. I went round and round with him trying to get my deposit back until finally I had to get a lawyer to get my deposit back! Taken over a year and the house still is not finished. Would never recommend Pinke Homes to anyone! Stay far away from this company if you want a home builder.
Leaving a very good review for Nathan Pinke, Sloan, and James at Pinke Homes. I couldn’t even get other builders to return an email about building a small house; so I was expecting a quick handshake and “Here’s the door” when I showed up for an appointment with James. Instead Nathan himself took two hours out of his afternoon to answer questions and educate me on the build process of their homes.
