At first, I had a misunderstanding, but she was very open to listening and truly wanted to understand what was bothering me. I really appreciated her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to resolve everything in a respectful way. I highly recommend Pinkal to anyone looking for someone professional, attentive, and dedicated to providing great service.
I paid $75 for a consultation, but unfortunately I did not receive any helpful guidance or clear assessment. Most of the appointment consisted of the consultant asking me what the previous clinic had told me, and then simply repeating the same information back to me. I was expecting professional expertise, recommendations, or a proper evaluation, but it felt like I was the one explaining my own situation rather than receiving advice. I want to give my HIGHEST gratitude and appreciation for Dr. Pinkal Gandhi and her staff at South Mole Clinic. I had been experiencing extreme discomfort from a cyst that developed under my right shoulder blade. Consultation and operation occurred the same day. She walked me through the procedure and took extreme care during the operation. There’s a reason her practice is highly rate and that’s due to the quality of care. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Came from Stratford for wart removal and I’m extremely satisfied. Great service, professional staff, and a smooth experience from start to finish. Definitely worth the trip — highly recommend!
