I ordered from them online during the APS sale. Four out of the five items I ordered were cancelled. I asked if they had a replacement for an item that I really liked and I received no response by email. They should not be participating in the APS sale online if they can't figure out how keep track of inventory. If I was this company, I would offer a discount or replacement for items cancelled.
I LOVE this store!!! Not only is it the BEST Lilly Pulitzer Store in the Richmond, VA area but they also carry Jack Rogers, Kendra Scott, other adorable jewelry, etc, etc. The customer service is fantastic! If they don't have my size the nice sales associates will get it for me in just a day or two. They check on me to see if I need other sizes when trying on items and the best is they are honest in letting me know if the item looks good on me!
