Ramina and Jess, at the Toronto store location are an absolute pleasure to deal with. I called with inquiries regarding on-line purchases on 2 separate occasions and they both were not only so friendly and personable, but contacted me soon after we spoke. I also spoke to an employee at the head office location and exchanged emails with another member of staff (whose names I don't have). Everyone at head office are also a pleasure to deal with.
