Extremely satisfied with the service that was given for my wedding dress!!! I took in my wedding dress and did a lot of changes to it and alterations, Lucy the owner did an amazing job with the help of her team. They understood and gave me feedback that helped me shape my body for my special day!! Do not order anything here. They lie about the prices, do not bring the dresses you ask for when you order it, do not do refunds, instead force you to get something else from them, and add on fees after fees only taking more of your money. Horrible customer service. Save your time and your money and go elsewhere.
Please make sure you tead the fine print before you shop here !!! I should have stayed Local to home this place took my dress order charged me the deposit for the dress half of what the dress was for and the other half at the time of pick !! When I oicked up my dress I was charged and they said they would text me a receipt sunce I did not get one i decided to look at my account and to my surprize i was over charged by 200,00 more yes!!!! I absolutely love to purchase here there is never a no to make something custom I'm a plus size with big chest I always get help with recommendations of the stylish designer Lucy! It Worth every penny!
This place block their customers the dress i bought was not ready I received a not matching bow to it Lucy did not even remember about the bow she just took one from a different dress I would never buy nothing there I never received a called sayid that the dress was ready
