I called the store to ask if they had a couple of items I was looking for, the woman that answered, Yolanda, was extremely rude. She refuesed to give me band names of items or pricing information. When I asked to speak to the owner, she claimed she was the owner but I know for a fact that she is not. With that kind of attitude, I won't be buying anything from that store. Why would anyone pay money to get verbally abused?
ok so i called the store looking for an item that apparently they have in stock but will not give me a price over the phone. I have been put on bed rest and am sending someone to buy it so i wanted the price. its just strange to treat a possible customer like that
