极度糟糕的体验，千万避雷！(Terrible experience, avoid at all costs!) 我通常不喜欢给人差评，但这次在这家公证处的经历简直是灾难级的，必须曝光出来让大家避雷. 首先，这位公证人一点都不专业 (unprofessional)。他们对业务流程显得生疏，处理我的文件时犯了一些非常低级的错误，导致我浪费了大量时间還有金錢。感觉她根本就没有用心在做事. 其次，她没有时间观念。原本說要給我看的文件拖到最後一刻才給我看, 我根本沒有充分的時間來處理。 最让我生气的是她乱收费和隐藏费用 (hidden fees)。最开始咨询的时候报了一个价格，等办完手续结账时，账单上突然多出了好几项莫名其妙的“附加服务费”和“加急费”，总价竟然比最初的报价高出了快一倍！这简直就是坐地起价，欺诈消费者。 最后，他的客户服务态度极差 。无论是前台接待还是公证人本人，都非常不耐烦。我因为费用和流程的问题多问了几句，他们就立刻甩脸子，语气非常恶劣，好像我欠他们钱一样。 总之，这是一家集不专业、不守时、乱收费和态度恶劣于一身的公证处。为了你的钱包和心情，绝对不要去这里！
Don’t do business with this notary. Higher price and unprofessional. They will charge you more legal fees when they should correct their mistakes realized by a relevant dept.

wants $80 for notarization when it costs $30 everywhere else. dishonest, manipulative, and rude, go elsewhere.
