Dr. Ping has treated my spinal war injury for over 13 years. His techniques are extra ordinary. He's the best at what he does, bar none. Unfortunately, his receptionist (wife) needs corrective training. Over the years she has been very rude towards me and my mother, who have visited many times for treatment. Her behavior got to the point we discontinued getting treatment at this facility. I notice there is a difference in how this receptionist treat minorities, compared to non-minorities. Dr Ping is a consummate professional, personable and conscientious about the welfare of his patient. As of May 29th, I have had 3 visits and he has worked diligently to solve my issue. Instead of offering pharmaceuticals with side effects like my GI, his skilled knowledge with needles and herbal teas has already begun to turn my GI issues around. Highly recommend!!
