We reserved a van over the phone with another U-Haul rep. They said that a van was available at this location, so we reserved it. Upon arriving at the Piney Grove Mini Mart, we were greeted with a less than warm welcome. The gentleman behind the counter was not friendly, and said that there was no booking and that we had no reservation there. We showed him our reservation, and his unfriendly attitude continued.
