I had a very disappointing experience at this convenience store. The owner refused service to me without reason, claiming my friend was mocking him last time we were here and laughing at him— which we absolutely were not. All we did was make a comment about gas pumps, asking if they were going to install them, and he reacted by accusing us unfairly. I felt discriminated against and treated with prejudice. We reserved a van over the phone with another U-Haul rep. They said that a van was available at this location, so we reserved it. Upon arriving at the Piney Grove Mini Mart, we were greeted with a less than warm welcome. The gentleman behind the counter was not friendly, and said that there was no booking and that we had no reservation there. We showed him our reservation, and his unfriendly attitude continued.
