Amazing happy environment. Everyone is happy and content in this lovely homely environment. Would absolutely recommend this home.
A small minority of staff have attitude problems. Management change rules by the day. If I had the finances I certainly would remove my grandma to an appropriate accomodation.. Kelly needs training in telephone manner, and concerned if that attitude is displayed to residents . Maybe more professional training required to an NHS standard.
