In 2010, my aunt needed extra care she chose to go to Pine Lodge. In 2011. She had a cat that she loved, the management let us put in a cat door so that the cat could go to the toilet outside. Aunt was really happy to have her cat living in her room. Pine Lodge was flooded during the Brisbane floods. While the home was being repaired she lived with me for about 3 months. Horrible experience.
My friend just started working in Pine Lodge home and is happy helping the residents (who are absolutely adorable) the staff team friendly and communicative! Diana told me so much good that i could not not share this. Keep up the great work! All the best
