Vote Charles Thomas out, please. This used to be a good office. No walk ins. I can’t get an appointment for weeks and weeks. I have driven to Pasco three times since this Covid thing started. How can grocery stores and convenient stores figure out how to keep customers and staff safe but an elected official, who’s job it is to serve the public, cannot figure it out? All the sudden they don't issue tags for people from other counties. Lazy employees must have changed this. If ya don't want to work then quit
Not good... These people must need a raise. I arrives with no appointment.. ok I'll wait.. When I asked how long. She shrugged, and said we are busy as you can see. While waiting with no we're to sit. A heavy set security said I can't stand. Nowhere to sit. I am now standing in the middle of the waiting area.
Clean and pleasant waiting room. Appointments are not required but it will help during busy times.
