Terrible run. Drive all the way to pasco for good service
I was initially frustrated when I called and was told my issue had to be taken care of in person, but I was pleasantly surprised by how efficient this trip was. They were very organized at check-in. I arrived at 7:50am on a Thursday with no appointment and waited outside until they opened, then after checking in, I was seen immediately. Marquis was absolutely amazing. He was able to take care of everything we needed & updated all our information with no problem unlike the other place. He was very nice even given the situation with how frustrated I was already. Thank you so much for your help & I hope that everyone else who works at the tax collector will take a note from your book on what to do/how to do it/and your kindness!
