Been using this office the past 5yrs and I am pleased they are fast polite and respectful no mater where I move as long as it's in Pinellas county the clearwater location is my choice!! Thank you to all the staff for the good job!!
All staff were really sweet except for the older rent a cop you have abusing his authority. I have been to many tax collectors offices and I choose to stand because I have nerve damage in my back. Yesterday was the first time I have ever entered one of these places and the baggy pants rent a cop told me and my daughter that we had to sit down! NO WE DO NOT! Terrible service. I wasn't one who was passing the exam, but my sister. She's 20 y.o. First of all, there were three instructors (two of them were male adults) instead of one and, one of them was a student instructor passing his "instructors" exam. I don't think it is allowed, but anyways. My sister was going through exam very well, but they just ruined it for her.
