Nurses are great and hard working. Director is never around or interact. Staffing and Director leadership need improvement since care needs betterment. I could see how tired the nurses are, doing the best they could. Too understaffed.

Pinegrove's quality and care has come down significantly after COVID. Although the new director is wonderful and 95 percent of staff are good, there are a few bad seeds just like anywhere else. Care aids like Rashpal, who picks fight with her colleagues, humiliates and tortures the residents who couldn't speak for themselves, both physically and mentally, should not be allowed for a job like this.
I know how wonderful Pinegrove is because I saw my Mom, blossom by living there for 17 Years until 86. these other three comments about rating one star should not be believed, also they didn't explain Why, so forget them. YOU can take my word Pinegrove is a fantastic place for any Senior, it's not fancy or new but the staff are sympathetic, caring and kind. TLC people. Thank you Pinegrove Place for all those years of your dedication to my Mother and her friends Peace of mind, GOD Bless one and All, cheers James Robson
