Karin is an amazing professional who is constantly dedicated towards wellness. Her massages are exactly what I'm looking for - not too light with enough pressure to feel lasting relaxation. I appreciate how she continues to learn new approaches and skills to cater towards her clients. Location is great and the ambiance of it is very calming.

I've been going to pine cone wellness for about a year now. I don't think I'm ever going anywhere else! The way that Karin explains what she's doing as she's doing it screams professionalism. Karin goes as hard or as soft as you need, but I always feel better after seeing her. She really respects and knows her craft well.

I had such a great experience at Pinecone Wellness. The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful and grounding, from the moment you walk in, it feels like a quiet break from everything going on outside. I had gone to Karin for the past year or so. Her massage technique is great, however I went to rebook a session with her and found I was blocked from booking. After I messaged her asking if the app was working properly she sent my husband and I an email with a laundry list of complaints she has against us and told us that her clinic cannot meet our needs and we should go somewhere else. I do not like that Karin was complaining to me about other clients and scheduling issues during a massage, particularly since she had recently asked me to adjust an appointment the morning of as well as ending early so she could meet her own personal scheduling needs. She did not add the deferred time onto another appointment as promised. She then suddenly dropped my wife and I as clients, citing scheduling inconsistencies as a main issue. I do not appreciate the hypocrisy.
