This facility is very clean I just think if more family visited it would seem more like home. This is suppose to be their home that they pay alot of money for. Their should be volunteer reading stories and bake night perhaps. It starts with us.
New leadership seems very committed to best in class customer service in all departments. A forgetful art for most- especially while maintaining a safe haven during Covid fears.
This place is fine saw a live performance of a local band here. Staff was friendly and so were the residents.
