They offered a great quality of lumber and tools.
Terrible attitude from the customer service desk here today. They didn’t want to refund a purchase that I made just 2 days before. All I got was bad attitude like their problem was my problem. I won’t ever come back.
Poor customer service and terrible communication. Initial door took nearly 6 months to be delivered and it came with the door handle on the wrong side after multiple discussions and approvals. Pine Tree wanted to try and fix the error (which I was OK with), but took weeks to decide and would not offer any sort of discount because of their error. After taking the door back and building another one, they still would not offer any sort of support for their error and the time it took to rectify the situation. From beginning to e... read more
