Pine Tree Apple Orchard is fun for the whole family I absolutely love going to the Pine Tree Apple Orchard. They have all kinds of things to do and lots of tasty things to try. You could walk around all day and not get bored.
Disappointing With my toddler in tow, I went to Pine Tree after hearing great things about it. I was extremely disappointed for these reasons: - You could not pick your own apples. - You could not walk in the apple orchard - The wagon ride was just a wagon pulled by a tractor for a 5 minute tour of a small part of the orchard. - There was no playground, or anything for a 3yr old to do other than walk around a store selling apple products. - Bathrooms are port-a-johns.
A fun apple orchard to visit We usually make at least one trip to Pine Tree apple orchard each year. They have a nice selection of apples and offer baked goods to bring home frozen or fresh. There is a nice bakery so you can have a treat while you are there. They offer a nice big area where you can have a picnic, pony rides, and wagon rides. During different times of the year they have strawberries and pumpkins also. The only thing we wished they offered was going to pick your own apples because the kids think that is fun.
