This is the only negative review I have written publicly, but I felt compelled. I made two trips to meet with Rowena at the store. We seemed to get along very well. I took home rug samples as well as window coverings. I emailed her to tell her my husband and my rug selection and that we were ready to buy and needed a quote to proceed. I can not explain what followed. I followed up with her sending emails giving her the measurements of the stairs she asked for. I love this shop and the staff here. Bought my first ever natural mattress and bed frame and Lolli (sp?) was super patient, answering all my questions and helping me figure out what I really wanted for my space. Beautiful and healthy options for bedding, beds and furniture as well as gorgeous kilim rugs, wool blankets.....Two thumbs up!!
