Quite simply the professionals here are some of the smartest and most knowledge medical people I have ever met. I have been coming here for 20 years. Michael McCulloch is also a UC graduate and a true investigator of Eastern and Western medicine. They are committed to integrative medicine and healing. Consider yourself fortunate to have found them. This in addition to acupuncture and full knowledge of Chinese herbs. You could not be in better hands!
Editing previous review as merchant quickly contacted me and resolved the issue. It was difficult for both me and Pine Street to pinpoint exactly what caused the problem, but it sounds like it was bad luck that created a perfect storm (e.g. technical glitches, USPS misdelivery likely due to busy holiday season, and likely human error on my end when I made my account/placed the order). I appreciate that someone got back to my messages and am glad things could be resolved.
They advertise products they don’t have available.
After not receiving my first order Nick sent me a new one no extra charge. I placed a claim with UPS and they couldn't prove it was delivered. Pine Street has been super helpful.
