Editing previous review as merchant quickly contacted me and resolved the issue. It was difficult for both me and Pine Street to pinpoint exactly what caused the problem, but it sounds like it was bad luck that created a perfect storm (e.g. technical glitches, USPS misdelivery likely due to busy holiday season, and likely human error on my end when I made my account/placed the order). I appreciate that someone got back to my messages and am glad things could be resolved.
They advertise products they don’t have available.
After not receiving my first order Nick sent me a new one no extra charge. I placed a claim with UPS and they couldn't prove it was delivered. Pine Street has been super helpful.
There was an error with the shipping address. Nick helped to catch the package ahead of shipping and corrected the address. This was a costly item, so I appreciate the fix. Thank you, Nick. I think it may be helpful to place a note on the address edit page - "current changes/edits will not be applied to recently placed orders. Please get in touch with us regarding recently placed orders."
