The care they gave my Grandpa and the support they gave our family was absolutely second to none. They went with Grandpa's schedule even though it meant lots of middle of the night wake ups and helped us know when the best time to come visit him was. They even helped us have one last family Christmas with Grandpa at our house. I am so grateful for the wonderful care they gave him, and the time they gave us.
My Dad spent the last year plus of his life receiving the best care ever. His needs were always attended to quickly with patience and kindness. They were always working with us on how to better attend to his needs. This was the 4th and final long term care facility we had used for my father. My father in law was suffering alzheimer's and we placed him in Pine Ridge. The care he received was wonderful. He did not remember a great many things but he loved his westerns and his rice. The family provided a comfortable chair and unlimited access to the TV and rice for dinner. He was happy as he could be and we were confident in the medical care he received. The place wad wonderful for the last months if my dad's life. They accepted him even though he'd had a ostemy where all the other places balked or refused him. They made food for my dad that was familiar to what he ate at home - better even. I can't thank them enough for everything they did for him and our family.
