Having cognitive impairment, I was very nervous about buying a new mattress. Roy immediately put me at my ease with his welcoming smile and bubbly personality. Between Roy, Jen and their expert guidance and patience, I am delighted with my purchase. I would also like to thank Kyle and Grant for their help and kindness with the delivery and my friend Jules for helping me put together this review.
Would highly recommend this store. They have a huge range of solid wood furniture and we found all of the bedroom furniture we were looking for at very good prices. Special shout out to Roy who was super helpful, made a fuss of our dog (treats too!) and sourced some extra matching handles for us. Thank you
Staff were friendly, helpful, delivery was prompt replaced furniture that was damaged on delivery to them they phoned me to let me know in advance bit still wanted the wardrobe temporarily as I was fed up with living out of a suitcase:)
