Excellent management had a problem in my unit she had roofing at my place the next day! She is very understanding , communicate very well I have never had to call or email multiple times to get an answer about something and you don’t find that quite often with apartment management!!!

New maintenance, Alex ~ is fantastic! Very professional, extremely thorough in his work (correcting previous maintenance shoddy work, doing what I’d previously been told couldn’t be fixed, etc.) kind and easy to get along with. I felt totally comfortable with him in my home. He cleaned up completely after himself (which was REALLY nice!) and even offered to help me put my cleaning supplies back under my sink ~ and extra step I felt he certainly didn’t need to take! Just another reason I love living here.

I have lived here for seven years and needless to say, I have seen neighbors come and go and management change hands. I must say that I am so happy with the current management -- specifically, the property manager Roberta Fox. Roberta is a top notch professional, yet she exhibits a sense of warmth and care in every interaction. She goes above and beyond to understand the needs of the tenants, while ensuring the property is running smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
