Has to be the nicest place I've been to. Staff is knowledgeable and kind to all residents. Management goes overboard to help traverse the maze called "Medicare." I've not had a similar experience anywhere else around Henderson -- not Kilgore not Tyler. I actually found Pine Lodge to be quite reasonably priced for the amount of care and attention given clients. If you're looking for a family oriented place for your loved one, Pine Lodge fits the bill.
We are so thankful Pine Lodge provides a clean and caring environment for our Aunt. She looks so much better since she moved in 4 months ago. She is thriving on the social interaction and good food! Thank you!

Wonderful place to work The residents are like family and want to be treated as such with each other and staff
They do pay their staff $25 to make a positive review and on top of that just like another review stated they will go against you and either Cut your hours down or just straight out fire you due to you bringing up concerns about management you can even report it to Corporate and nothing will be done. If they see that your family member is causing too much “ Commotion” they will medicate them how they see fit without informing the family.
