Wonderful place to work The residents are like family and want to be treated as such with each other and staff
They do pay their staff $25 to make a positive review and on top of that just like another review stated they will go against you and either Cut your hours down or just straight out fire you due to you bringing up concerns about management you can even report it to Corporate and nothing will be done. If they see that your family member is causing too much “ Commotion” they will medicate them how they see fit without informing the family. This place paid all employees who made a 5 star review 25 dollar gift cards to do so. Also they retaliate against employees who bring problems to management. They will also give your family other residents medication if they see fit. They will bring anyone through the door to get that 500 dollar bonus they offer when a new resident is admitted. DO NOT WORK or PUT your family here.
