Apparently in their laws you have to be over 21 to purchase a scratcher, im turning 20 next month showed my id and was refused after he took a couple minutes looking at it, I went back in after doing research to ask “David” (what he said his name was) about the new law/policy that was posted and he ended up just rumbling through random papers saying the policy was handed to him he ended up saying to come back tomorrow that he couldnt find it
