Great personal
Staff doesn’t know what they are talking about. I have been told multiple different things regarding policy, and the staff doesn’t seem to like helping people/doing their jobs, and can be incredibly rude. They have defaced a check of mine before telling me they cannot except it, so i am also out over $100 because training wasn’t done/employees not doing their due diligence to make sure it was acceptable. I would recommend that people go elsewhere to bank, maybe somewhere that actually teaches the employees how to do their jo... read more

Customer service was friendly, it was mostly card issues that caused me to close my account. There isn't 24 hour help for the debit cards. When I went to go close my account, there weren't any staff members that day that knew how to close it out. However, the teller I talked to had sent out an email to the person who could, and the paperwork was ready for me the following day.
The best bank, excellent customer service, the banker and the tellers are very helpful, always warm welcome. I would highly recommend this bank to anyone needs honest bank.
