The apartments are poorly kept up. They have big cockroaches. The apartments are really meant for college students because they are extremely tiny. For these apartments to be built in 2008 they have a lot of issues. Everything is patched up.
Beautiful quiet gated community that is very close to USM campus. Maintenance and pest control are very quick to respond and they are pet friendly with a yard!
Yal apartment complexes gotta stop with the false advertising!!! These apartments don’t look like this on the outside N THIS IS THE HOOD.
Beautiful community, units are clean, and nice location close to schools. Management is great and always responsive.
