This was the most horriable experience! My mom spent 90 days here....she cant walk no more, she fell and broke arm, and developed a pressure ulcer if her heel here. She was dropped in shower. Staff never notified us or her gaurdian. Sicial worker always said shes doing good and then when we arrived another injury. Took 35 days to get her out once we knew what was going on. Referrals sent from their social worker never had complete information to try to get her to another facility. I had to find my own placement for her. Ther... read more
Wind down and outdated with such a high turnover a rate they just leave the residence in the hallway with no daily activities
This facility has been a blessing to me. I really appreciate the services.
