I went to cash a check , I’m a nurse and I just transitioned from jobs . So my direct deposit isn’t working At the time . I went around 4:30 pm 6/20/24. The representative asked me for check and government issued ID. I gave her both and she said she had to get my job ID. She saw it and gave it back , with no photocopying during time of receiving my job “ID”. I felt very offended because I’m a working individual that worked so hard to get the point where I am . So this place get one star , I felt very uncomfortable!
