Beware!! Before you trust Pinal Co. FCU with your money, think again. Their notorious for double/triple pre-authorizations (which holds funds that shouldn't be held), inaccurate updated balance inquiry amounts and putting debits through before return credit to ensure they can stack up as many overdrafts fee as possible. Within one day, I was charged $190.00 in overdrafts fee. My balance following the overdraft fees was a negative (-) $69.00. I LOVE this credit union! I've always received speedy service, the employees are knowledgable, friendly and willing to go the extra step to answer my questions. Big banks beware ~ this is how it should be done!!!
The worse bank in Maricopa. Careful bank at your own risk. They will allow multiple jabs of your funds by issuing multiple overdraft fees and will not stop it.
Horrible customer service was going out of town n went to Florence branch to request emergency checks was told machine broken n referred to Coolidge only to be told by spvr that they were too busy n couldn't leave tellers w/o supervision n said I could just place check order so I did only to find out checks issued under wrong acct# n then they offered no solution other than they would try find out who placed order. Like that would solve problem. Never an apology
I only opened an account with PCFCU because it was required for an auto loan. I now have an auto loan, line of credit and credit card as well as a checking and savings account with PCFCU. I have had several rude confrontations with a particular collector who works there over the past year. The first time "Kaufee" called me demanding I come down to the branch because my little 30 dollar line of credit had not been paid on time. The people that care for the animals do a great job. However, since a majority of the animals are strays, the workers do not know the conditions the animals lived in prior to coming to Animal Control. We selected a dog, adopted and fell in love with him! We are now treating our new dog for tick and valley fever and we've only had him one week! We did not pick up the health insurance within 24 hours of adoption. We have it now but his conditions are now considered pre-existing on his policy so the cost will never be covered..... read more
