Just watched a video of a home inspector showing all these houses that were passed by the city inspector but they didnt do their job correctly and passed inspection on house that were not properly built start holding your employees accountable because this is not a safe practice

unfortunately.....FOR NEW HOME BUYERS...There IS NO CODE inspections. The county just lets Licensed Contractors build shelters with non professional standards and, in most cases, leave new home buyers SICK?LOST?IN COURT>>>>>>

If I could leave zero stars I would. The people answering phones are rude, have no respect for the community. I have a lot to say, but will leave it as, they are not helpful and can careless about the community they serve.

The employees here who approve building permits and do inspections generally are inept and seem unqualified for their jobs unless it is limited to cookie cutter homes by the big builders where they just "trust" that the builder is doing things right even though they are the typical ones cutting corners.

Beware Kelly Milton if you are self contracting as he misleads and wastes your time and money.
