Going here for few years, but the customer service has been going down during last few appointments. Massage was rushed and finished 5 minutes before scheduled time. Massage therapist switched during session without communication. Relaxation massage doesn’t feel relaxing, just rushed with fast strokes. Going here for few years, but the customer service has been going down during last few appointments. Massage was rushed and finished 5 minutes before scheduled time. Massage therapist switched during session without communication. Relaxation massage doesn’t feel relaxing, just rushed with fast strokes. When asked for changes in pressure, did not accommodate my request. They used to do that before.
I had a massage today the 10th of November at 1:3pm. It was my birthday. But terriblly disappointed! The starting was terrible, she came to the room angry, pulled my socks in terrible fashion. When I asked her why she behaves this way, she said that she is not angry. The massage was rough, even though she tried to make it better for me. Not going there again!
my second time here. today i had duang, she worked wonders on my neck shoulders and lower back. i will definitley be back, great massage professional staff.
