I've been coming to this place for about 6-7 years. I've been loyal and always spruked this as the best massage in mitcham. I've probably posted a 5 star review previously. So, I feel a bit bad posting this.. but I think its important so other customers can prepare and speak up at the start of the massage rather than be disappointed. The actual massage was sooo good! I love that you can pick the level of strength. I would much rather pay $5 extra and know that I will get a firm massage. The masseuse I had was incredible, actually listened to what I wanted and hit all the spots. 5/5 massage! However, I was not very impressed with the service. I had an appointment booked for 11am, got the email confirmation saying to come 5 mins before and that if I'm late it would be a $20 fee. Going here for few years, but the customer service has been going down during last few appointments. Massage was rushed and finished 5 minutes before scheduled time. Massage therapist switched during session without communication. Relaxation massage doesn’t feel relaxing, just rushed with fast strokes.
