Terrible. Took my mobile to be repaired as the screen was broken and instead of fixing it they broke my phone. They had to send it away to be fixed and it wasn't repaired when they said it would be. Took weeks to get it back.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS KIOSK!!! This store sells overpriced, knockoff products. We paid $35 for a phone cover that failed after 2 days. Returned to the store with receipt and they claimed it was ‘damaged’ by me and would not replace or refund. This was completely wrong! Store workers tell you what you want to hear to get your money, but are then rude and don’t care afterwards. This store has great service and reasonable prices for repairs, I love going there
DO NOT GO HERE These people take advantage of disabled people by selling them cases they believe are good quality, only to have their brand new phones and iPads break minutes later. When you try to call them they scream over the top of you. When you try to go into the store to resolve the problem, they yell at you. This scared me as an autistic person, and I now fear nothland because of this experience. Have reported to Consumer Affairs Vic.
