I enjoy going to this Bank the staff is so friendly they are helpful. I have always had a good experience at this Bank.
The current staff in Springerville is amazing, very helpful and professional. Problem is, seems like the office is understaffed as wait times can be way too long. It's not a staff issue, but a staffing issue. At least one more representative would be great.
It's always a pleasure walking in to the Springerville Pima Federal branch and being greeted with a friendly hello and "I'll be right with you". I had a business account there and they were always helpful, efficient and very flexible with helping us solve any issues that came up. Everyone there is friendly and professional. It's nice to have a friendly chat with your banker while you wait. Thank you for everything!
