I have been a member of PFCU since the 1990's! I used to be very happy with their service but over the last couple of years I've been increasingly disappointed with their performance. I usually use the Stone Ave branch and the current aesthetic is sterile and so is the vibe. Today when I went in there were three tellers at windows, one was busy with a member and the other two continued to work at their computers, without acknowledging me.
