The 1 star review made me chuckle. This place doesn't handle the water going into your tap, this is who handles water once you flush it. They treat wastewater for use as reclaimed water or effluent discharge into the Santa Cruz. This prevents our aquifers from being contaminated, it fertilizes our non-food crops, and it promotes biodiversity. High quality reclaimed water, and an excellent way of recycling so we don't waste potable water on maintaining grass.

Terrible customer service, waited 40 minutes to talk to a representative at 10 in the morning. They shut off my water even when the bill was PAID and couldn’t even fix it in a timely manner. This company is an absolute thief. They give you the number of the water emergency contact and when you call it, the associate just tells you to call the other number! What a shameful and incompetent company! I recommend any way of paying and using utilities other than associating with these inconsiderate crooks. ZERO STARS.
