I can’t recommend Paul at PIMTAX highly enough. He managed to recover over $15,000 in state returns for us from the last three years by identifying a nuanced group exception for Connecticut that had been completely overlooked. We used PIM tax service for the first time this year. We were wanted to find someone new to do our taxes because H and R block messed them up 2 years in a row. We are very happy with the service they provided and we be returning next year!

Terrible! Filed my state taxes to the wrong checking account number, someone else was “given” my tax refund. Pimm said they refiled again, but my money was already gone. They took no accountability, I paid them the $250 fee for their service AND I was out my state refund. My next step is small claims court

They do great on the federal tax information but not for military with other state taxes. For the second year in a row they did not submit my Virginia state tax refund and now that it is outside of the tax session they will not return phone calls despite 3 weeks of calling.
