I had the best time - I booked through the Treatwell app and honestly feel like I got so much for my money. I got there a bit early because I had been worried about parking but I just parked at Hook Library car park. They offered me refreshments and let me wait in til ready. I got the 1hr Back, Shoulders and Neck massage but honestly the Masseuse went above and beyond and I felt so incredible after. Really lovely staff. Did aromatherapy massage with Au who was attentive and friendly. For winter I’d recommend hot stone massage which I also enjoyed. Was given some tea and snacks after. Hidden gem! All round great experience.
First time visitor and felt very looked after. Parking around the back on residential roads if parade road is too busy right outside. Welcoming clean entrance area and offered bottled water and restroom and completed quick health questionnaire. Cosy room and comfy heated bed, excellent massage pressure for medium/hard as requested with lots of stretching in Thai combination massage with oil. 90mins flew by and I didn’t want it to end, would have loved the head massage to last longer and keep going at the end. My husband and I visited for the first time: myself for a pregnancy massage and him for a deep tissue massage. The place is clean, warm, and welcoming. The massage room was warm and calming. Both of our massage therapists were excellent, and very professional. I felt I could trust the therapist to know what pressure would be appropriate for my situation. Will absolutely be back again and would recommend in a heartbeat. Thank you.
Jenny was so lovely! She made sure I felt comfortable and relaxed which was reassuring being my first ever spa/facial experience. My skin feels so smooth and very hydrated. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. The express facial was booked for me as a present for my birthday but I will definitely rebook myself in and try the other facials on offer!
