Update of a 5-star review. My bike was damaged in a crash, and Quentin pushed a Warranty Claim to get the motor replaced. He also fixed the brakes and handlebars. However, he didn't fix the left brake correctly. The brake is almost worthless; it probably needs a bleed. Also, Quentin told me he was not charging me for labor on the motor (probably paid for by Yamaha?) but in the receipt there was a clear charge for labor on the motor. I Love Cycling & I've purchased many different bikes from many different bike shops over the years. Quintin & his team at Pilson Pedalworks is by far, the Absolute Best in the Business! They are fair on pricing & excellent on service. They are also avid cyclists that are involved in the community, hold weekly group rides & help to grow cycling. If you need anything to do with Bicycles, this is Your Place!
I had a pretty good experience here. I went in first to see about a new saddle for my old road bike. Pilson Pedalworks had a good selection in stock and some solid advice on some different ones to try. They even had a shop takeoff I could briefly try out. After I concluded that I am too old for aero the staff at Pilson Pedalworks set me up with a bike and dialed in the seat before sending me out on a test ride.
