I had a scheduled appointment with Pilot Income Tax and Bookkeeping today. The owner called me and asked what I needed help with, a question I had already answered with his secretary or wife. I explained everything I needed to her. Mr. Pilot called two hours before my scheduled appointment and asked what I needed again. When I told him everything that I told his secretary, he asked if I could come in early, I said I couldn't. Then he told me he couldn't help me. He had other things going on.
