I'm a long haul truck driver and after what I just witnessed with one of their trucks on interstate 40 going through Flagstaff at 75 mph and pushing cars when speed limit is 65 is totally uncalled for.....very dangerous and unprofessional driver.....I wouldn't ship any nice car with these people....and no i do not haul cars but after 30 years trucking i can see an aggressive and dangerous driver that drives like that

Pilot has shipped my classic car 5 times. Never any damage, not even a small scratch. The driver each time was a real car guy and treated my car as his own. Because of my schedule my car arrived a few days before me. They kept my car in their secure warehouse at no extra cost. Great company.

This is a terrible excuse for a company! I found out the hard way the company is "self insured" and has no intention of repairing my damaged Vehicle that was caused by one of their drivers. I guess that's just a legal excuse of sticking it to the customer where it hurts most: My Wallet! Customers Beware!!!
