I purchased a pack of 4 premium gel roller G2 fine black and none them work, I called the cust service # had to leave a message for a call back which never happened, I will never buy another Pilot product again. These pens are crap
Customer service is garbage here. Was told they can help us and they want to charge us more than what the pen costs for a brand new one. They made us send it in then we got a nasty response back via email from Sheila Redman. They couldn't have been more unhelpful.
Physical place to work into with nice people
There's accent to my lonesome sketch with gel ink and it conserves to form the nice shades for proper usage. A favorite for all. Thanks for your beautiful engineering to invent a wonderful product.
