We are a smaller company with a pretty modest PPC budget but Pilot was able to make the most of it! Since we do have folks on our team who are familiar with Google Ads (but not experts), the "We Build, You Manage" program was perfect for us. We had a very poor experience with Pilot. We referred them to our client for an SEO project. Pilot failed to complete basic tasks outlined in their statement of work and the communication between their team and the client was virtually nonexistent. Rod, the owner refused to take accountability or even return a phone call or email. Unfortunately it all ended on a fairly toxic note. Would strongly discourage people from working with Pilot.
