Mr. Pilon was exceptionally rude when he informed me that he couldn't certify a document due to time constraints. While I understand his situation, the manner in which he conveyed this was quite off-putting. It's important to remember that our tone and demeanor can greatly affect the way a message is received. As a potential future customer, I can't help but wonder what kind of professional he is.... Consequently, I have no intention of utilizing their services in the future.
