Really disappointing experience. The name suggests your specialty is pillows however the pillows sold here are absolutely dreadful and nothing short of a pisstake, the zips have spikes on the back that cut into you when your sitting on the couch. We brought 15 of these things, surely this is a windup. No idea how they have even got onto the shop floor and no idea how you can stuff manufacturing pillows up like this. Jemma was and always is very helpful she served my friend and I at the same time and always knows where everything is.
Poor customer service - Every time we enter the store we are treated like an inconvenience to the workers who are having a personal chat with one another, which is disappointing because we enjoy the things IN pillow talk but never enjoy our experience shopping there due to the dirty looks and unimpressed staff.
