Wonderful Kapok pillow, both firm and soft at the same time. You can ‘adjust the settings’ to get your perfect feel. A real winner for a good night’s rest.
Although the pillow wasn’t quite right for me, the communication and customer service was excellent. Thanks so much for making it an easy online shopping experience. Also the linen cover was lovely.
Excellent, warm & friendly customer service. I'm enjoying these kapok pillows and the way they can be adjusted in height by removing some of the filling (bonus of replacing some cushions' filling from the extra - very good value), and moulded into the ideal shape for ever-changing head & neck support needs.
