We are incredibly grateful for Piller Child Development Center. Our son Aiden is autistic, and getting him the support he needs has been a long and emotional journey. Not a 1 because the therapists are good, but not worth the hassle of the office management. Biggest things : Virtual office, meaning if you want anything you have to use a form on the website and wait for an email back. There is no one to actually talk to when there about scheduling/billing/general questions. Very spotty text/email alerts: days off, therapist cancellations or office closures are not well communicated but by golly if you have something come up they sure as hell will slap you with a $50 cancellation fee if it ... read more
I never make comments but I do this for all the parents who are looking for the best for their children. In general, Piller Child Development has terrible communication and their billing department is very difficult to work with. They take extra money from you without any explanation, when they finally admit their mistake they don't send your refund, I have been waiting for my refund money for over 6 months and nothing.
