We went to Piller Child Development after receiving a referral from my son’s physician. Unfortunately, our experience was concerning from the moment we walked into the office. The lobby felt very dark and unwelcoming. Don't bring your kids here. This place is absolutely ridiculous for endless reasons. The therapist were okay, the techs were young but helpful and knowledgeable. We had multiple therapist quit the facility within just a few weeks... almost every week my daughter was with someone new which crippled her from getting the proper treatment. The staff themselves seemed very frustrated with management. This place is ridiculous. The therapists are great, but I've been trying to get a billing invoice from them to provide my insurance company with for a couple months now. They sure have no problem taking your money, but can't get you a Receipt for it. Updating my review, they got the info to me So I could contact my insurance and figure out what was going on.
