Don't bring your kids here. This place is absolutely ridiculous for endless reasons. The therapist were okay, the techs were young but helpful and knowledgeable. We had multiple therapist quit the facility within just a few weeks... almost every week my daughter was with someone new which crippled her from getting the proper treatment. The staff themselves seemed very frustrated with management. Their uninviting ghostly front desk situation was just stupid for any business but one for children definitely didn't help my daugh... read more

This place is ridiculous. The therapists are great, but I've been trying to get a billing invoice from them to provide my insurance company with for a couple months now. They sure have no problem taking your money, but can't get you a Receipt for it. Updating my review, they got the info to me So I could contact my insurance and figure out what was going on.

Phoenix location waiting room is gross and out of control. No staff on duty and not all parents pay attention to what their kids are doing. It is very loud. The floors and doors are filthy, chairs are ripped, and there is still food on the floor that was there last week! They have one 4x6 rug that is dirty. Nothing to keep kids occupied while waiting for their appointment or their sibling's. The guest wifi password is not posted anywhere like it used to be. The staff doesn't stick around long, so be prepared if your kiddo ge... read more

I was never given information on what the therapists were trying to accomplish and felt that I would spend lots of time and money with no results. My son would regularly fight with Nina and therapy would be ineffective or end abruptly. His behavior at home and school was only getting worse. On 2/4 Nina left my son in a swing with a student that was shadowing her. My son fell out of... read more
